Monday (4/26): swam 1200m in about 45 minutes
Tuesday: biked 16.6 miles in 62 minutes
Wednesday: p90x Core Synergistics (my favorite of the p90x workouts!)
Thursday: Recovery day
Friday: Ran 7.4 miles!!!! For the first time ever, I ran more than 6 miles on Friday. I ran the first 1.3 with my dogs so it was a nice little warmup for the remainder of the run. Needless to say, it was great and I felt awesome when I was done!!! Can't wait until I hit 8!!!
Saturday: off day. I SHOULD have swam, but it was 80* and sunny, so I opted to spend some time at the beach with the roomies working on my tan instead
Now for Today's workout:
Walked up to the track
Ran 800m to warm up
20 pushups, 40 bicycles, 20 v-sits
20 walking lunges (front)
15 walking side lunges (each side)
300m jog, 100m sprint
200m jog, 100m sprint
300m jog, 100m sprint
20 inclined Santana pushups (with leg lift)
20 box jumps
20 dips
300m run
100m sprint
30 prisoner squats
20 mountain climbers (front)
20 mountain climbers (side)
20 knees to elbows (standing)
300m jog, 100m sprint
15 burpees.
walked home. :)
