Today is a GORGEOUS day in Rochester, NY so I had to make the most of it. I decided it would be a running day since my lungs couldn't handle a long run in Colorado. So I ran up to my high school track to do a workout which is about 1.5 miles from my parents house.
My workout:
Walking lunges- 20 on each side
400m run
Run bleachers for 2 minutes
400m run
Run bleachers for 2 minutes
400m run
Side lunges- 20 on each side
Backward walking lunges - 20
400m run
Run bleachers for 2 minutes
800m run
Then I ran home, and did some core stuff. Not too shabby! :)
Total running distance: about 5.5 miles
